Filtration and contaminants
EcoPro Compact uses ultra-modern 5-stage microfiltration technology with activated carbon.
The replacement filter consists of an activated-carbon disc that absorbs chemicals, gases, metals, and organic substances thanks to its microscopic structure and highly porous surface.
As water passes through the filter, the activated carbon captures the contaminants. The result is clean, filtered water ready to drink.

Filter service life
Water quality and filtration performance can only be guaranteed up to a usage capacity equivalent to 2 months. If you use the filter for more than 2 months, contaminant removal performance will no longer meet our quality standards.
It is also important to note that activated carbon is an organic material that can support microorganism growth, which may lead to bacteria multiplying over time.
Filter use and recycling tips
• Use hot water only in “unfiltered” mode
• Avoid washing the filter with soap
• If you have not used the filter for several days, let filtered water run for 30 seconds
• Avoid exposing the filter to high temperatures
• Dispose of the used filter in a mixed-waste container, as it is made from coconut shells (70%) and also contains other materials such as UHMW (30%) and silicone parts

Activated carbon is an organic material, which means bacteria can develop in it over time, even with infrequent use. Replacing it every 3 months ensures safe, clean water.
EcoPro Chrome SMR removes substances that cause unpleasant taste and odor, mainly chlorine and limescale. If you are still not satisfied, you can return it within 45 days for a full refund.
No. The filter is designed for cold water only. For hot water, switch the device to “unfiltered mode.”
