Frequently asked questions about the InlinePro SMR filter

  • Quick Installation guide
  • Turn off the cold-water supply by closing the cold-water valve located under your sink.
  • Disconnect the existing hose that connects the cold-water valve to your faucet.
  • Connect the new hose provided with InlinePro to the cold-water valve.
  • Attach the other end of this new hose to the “IN” port on the InlinePro filter.
  • Locate the original hose that runs to your faucet. One end should still be connected to the faucet.
  • Connect the loose end of the original hose to the “OUT” port of the InlinePro filter.
  • Ensure all connections are secure, then slowly open the cold-water valve to restore the water supply.

After filtration, the water passes through a special stage that adds essential minerals such as calcium and magnesium, improves the taste, and contributes to better health.
We recommend to replace the refill every 6 to 12 months, depending on number of people in the household. This will guarantee the quality of the filtered water.

We emphasize on the fact that one of the filter's layer contains activated carbon. As with any other filter containing activated carbon, performance naturally decreases over time. If left for too long, even without using, it can be a breeding ground for microorganisms. Changing your cartridge or capsule regularly is important.
