How to use your BottlePro reusable bottle

Simply fill the bottle with tap water and drink through the straw – enjoy clean water free from unwanted substances and with a pleasant taste. Replace the filter every 2 months to maintain the same filtration quality. You’ll receive a reminder when it’s time for a new filter – it’s that easy!Helpful information

Filtration and contaminants

BottlePro uses ultra-modern 4-stage microfiltration technology with activated carbon.

The replacement filter consists of an activated-carbon disc that absorbs chemicals, gases, metals, and organic substances thanks to its microscopic structure and highly porous surface.

As water passes through the filter, the activated carbon captures all contaminants. The result is clean, filtered water ready to drink.

  • Filtration speed: 1 L/min
  • Capacity per filter: 150 L (at approximately 2.5 L/day)

Filter service life

We created 2 types of replacement filters for BottlePro:

  • Filters for public tap water with advanced microfiltration that remove over 80 substances.
  • Ahlstrom™ filters for non-potable water that remove 99.99% of pathogens (bacteria and viruses).

We recommend replacing the filter every 2 months to maintain filtration performance. Due to its organic composition, it may become an environment for microorganism growth.

To recycle your filter:

  1. Open the filter to separate the activated carbon from the plastic casing.
  2. Dispose of the plastic in the yellow container and the activated-carbon block in the gray container.

Usage tips

Before first use: Rinse the filter with water for 30–60 seconds.

Once the bottle is filled, drink the water through the straw. It works best when the bottle is upright or tilted at up to 45 degrees.

Frequently asked questions

We recommend a subscription for greater convenience and savings. Each year, you will receive 6 replacement filters, so you always have them available at home and do not need to buy them when you need them.

In addition, the subscription includes the TAPPHero+ plan, which saves you more than buying filters individually. With each renewal, the annual price decreases, ensuring even greater savings.

Our standard filters with advanced 4-stage activated-carbon microfiltration are ideal for tap water – they improve taste and provide effective filtration.

For using BottlePro in areas where the water is not suitable for drinking, we recommend the Ahlstrom™ filter, which removes 99.99% of pathogens. Due to its smaller pore size, water flow is slightly slower and requires stronger suction.

Unscrew the bottle cap and the inner part that connects the filter to the straw.
Once you remove the inner part, unscrew it to remove the old filter and insert the new one.
